A ISP representative is a person or company that serves as a delegate for a ISP, selling the ISP’s services to clients on behave of the ISP.

You will be decide if a ISP representatives services must be a pending status or must the services be created live.

You will be in control how what when you pay your ISP representatives their commission to the rep.

• Commission can be paid to ISP representatives on recurring basis monthly.
• Commission can be paid to ISP representatives as a once off fee.
• Commission for some products can be paid once off.

Functionality of a Rep

1. ISP representatives are allowed to create a client, add any services for the client, BUT no services will be active till the ISP has approved the services.
2. Or you may have chosen that some ISP representatives creations can became active immediately without approving the new created services.
3. The system display what services are pending and you will then decide if you want to approve the services that the ISP representatives has created.
4. The ISP representative’s client will belong to you the ISP and you will be billed for the services.
5. After a service is created from a ISP representatives and activated the ISP representatives is allowed to change passwords.
   1. The ISP representatives are not allowed to delete any services or clients.
   2. The ISP representatives can downgrade, upgrade or top up.

Billing / Commission

• You will be able to run a report daily to indicate the commission that must be paid to the ISP representatives on a monthly bases.
• ISP representatives will able to run the same reports as above.

Auditing

All actions in ISP in a BOX will be written to an audit report.
